What causes night sweats?

How to stop night sweats?

  • Wear lighter clothing in bed.
  • Change your bedding to lighter fabrics or a thinner duvet.
  • Keep your bedroom cool and ventilated at night.
  • Avoid potential triggers, such as spicy food, caffeine, smoking and alcohol.
