Meh Bar SoapIt’s been a little over a year now since I’ve transitioned to bar soap. I’ve tried multiple brands and “clean” soaps.. Testing their ingredients, scents, lather, smell it left on my skin and whether or not they dried my skin or nourished my skin. To be honest, I was not a huge fan of this bar soap. I received the Epsom Salt + Lavender Extract samples (4 bar soaps) and even though it was lavender, it didn’t quite smell like lavender. The soap did not lather well and I felt like it was drying my skin out after use. I tested this product for almost 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I cannot say I would recommend this product to family and friends.

Great Scented Soap BarFirst off, I didn’t know Degree was coming out with a soap bar so I was really surprised to see this as my VoxBox. I received the Epsom Salt + Lavender Extract soap bars and it smells amazing! I also love the purple color given to the bar for that extra “this is lavender” appeal. This soap bar is made for your body, hands and face but I only used it to wash my hands. Though the smell and look of the bar is great, the soap bar itself is okay. Yes, it does leave your hands feeling refreshed (as stated on the box), but it also leaves them feeling gritty and dry and you’ll find yourself reaching over to grab hand lotion after use.

it smells so goodOkay so this soap smells so good I just love lavender. This soap is a kick start recovery, it’s supposed too help with removing Odor and sweat, washes away germs and bacteria, instantly refreshes skin, and nourishes skin. It’s recovery works with the power of Hot water in the shower to help you recover from and active day. It works so good I had an achy body and feel good after the shower.I don’t like the film that some soap can leave on your body this leaves the skin feeling fresh and clean with no film left on your body so to me it works totally love recommend this soap #Degree #MaximumRecovery #Deepclean

Rinses clean, leaves you soft & smoothI’d rate the experience of using this soap a solid (no pun intended. haha). I enjoyed the amount of lather I got with it. I usually use a mesh sponge so I tested it with that. I was surprised how soft my skin left afterwards. wasn’t expecting that from a bar soap. I love the scent of lavender so I was hoping it would smell like the real thing more. I did check the ingredients and it’s definitely in there. The epsom salt idea is pretty interesting. I’ll have to see if there’s any noticeable difference after I work out or something. Overall, no complaints. A real solid soap!

I absolutely love this bar soap!I am in love with this bar soap!!
Though I love lavender, it doesn’t quite smell like lavender. It has a soft clean like smell.. which is nice. This soap was easy to rub into my wash cloth because it has a great soapy lather.
This soap felt really good against my skin.. felt like silk! After my shower, I dried my skin off and my skin felt so clean and so soft. This soap did not leave my skin dry.. in fact, it added moisture to my skin.
I will definitely purchase this product, it’s gonna be a forever thing! Lol
I recommend this soap to everyone to at least try it out!

Better than Expected!For some reason I correlate Degree with deodorant only so I was surprised to see they made soap when I received a 4 pack sample from Influenster of Degree’s Epsom Salt + Lavender Extract soap. Both my boyfriend and I tried it and had differing opinions. I loved everything about it but especially the smell and how it left my feeling so clean. I thought the lavender scent would be overpowering but it was nice and light and the epsom salt definitely helped my sore muscles feel great. My boyfriend however did not like it. He said the soap left him feeling like he had a film over him from the soap and it didn’t produce enough suds for his liking. Overall though I loved it and I’m so happy I received it to try in my Vox box from Influenster!

Perfect for OILY skinFirst of all thank you Influenster for sending me my favorite scent! As previously mentioned it's perfect if you have oily skin like I do. It makes my body feel extra clean by washing away the excess oils and leaving behind a lasting scent. If you have dry skin or normal skin I can see this bar being too drying on the skin or if you don't like scented soaps the scent might be too much...but for me it was perfect. I would only recommend this for people with oily to normal skin and who like using scented products like me.
