smells greatfirst off, i have only used this in the shower. the citrus smell is really nice! refreshing and pleasant. i found this product to be a bit more drying to my skin than expected. granted it’s still technically winter, and this might be perfect come the warm weather. i plan to try it in a bath soon to use the muscle soak & “reset” claims, and see if i have better results with it. i really do like the smell and variety of scents, and would love to smell the others. for now i rate this as a 3 out of 5 stars bc my skin is just so dry, but will update my review if my opinion changes!

Good for my sensitive skin!I quite liked this body wash! I have sensitive skin that is prone to drying out and my skin didn’t have a reaction to this product. It didn’t leave my skin dry and I wasn’t itchy either. The scent is a bit reminiscent to dish soap but with a brighter punch. You do get strong notes of both orange and lemon. I found this product had a looser lather and didn’t become thick. It does have a better lather when used with a loofa or wash cloth then when it’s on its own. It’s easy to rinse off and leaves the room smelling good. I quite liked the fact that this contained epson salt too.

It feels like it helped after exercisingMy first impression, the scent reminded me of dish soap. This is not a bad thing Necessarily. The size of the product is comparable to most body washes. I used this product after a long exercise routine that had left my arms and legs aching. This product says it can be used as a body wash or soak. In this case I used it as a body wash. Once in the shower the citrus scent is not as overpowering as in the bottle. I noticed about an hour after my shower that my legs and arms seemed to feel better. Overall I would recommend this especially if you are prone to sore muscles.

Fresh & BubblyI want to start off by saying it has a very strong citrus scent. It smells like the citrus fragrance found in cleaning products but a little less intense. If you are into lemon citrus fruit scents I would recommend it! I didn't realize it was also a bath soak so when I used it as a body wash the leftover soap started foaming down the drain. I thought I poured too much body wash but it was the soak taking in effect. I enjoy the fresh feeling I get from the body wash and the heavy citrus scent does not linger heavily on the body, it is more like a light citrus scent.

Heavily Scented, Great SudsLike my title says: this body wash is HEAVILY scented. Although there is no “fragrances in the ingredients list, I can still smell this body wash in my bathroom hours after using it. This one in particular smells like Bounce dryer sheets with heavy dose of lemon. I noticed that the soap itself suds up very easily with just a little rubbing with my hands. I didn’t notice any extra soothing power like the bottle claims. This is a decent body wash that cleans well but does not moisturize; my skin feels quite dry without a lotion after this. If I’m being really picky, the cap is also a little hard to open. Overall, this is a decent body wash but I would not be buying again simply due to the dizzying scent and lack of moisturization.

definitely a fanI have to say that I’m definitely a fan of the degree maximum recovery body wash and soak. I received the citrus extract scent and am pleasantly surprised by the fragrance. It’s fruity and really pleasant. I have very sensitive skin that’s eczema prone and irritation prone and did not have any issues with this. Also have not felt like my skin has been stripped of all moisturize, which some body washes can do. I use it after coming home from work and it really helps to relax my muscles. I’ve really been enjoying it so far!

Strong Scent, Okay BenefitsI was interested in trying this out as it has Epsom salts in it, so I figured it would help with achy muscles. As far as using it as a body wash, it worked like a normal body wash. I’ve used it as a bubble bath a few times and I feel like using it this way is best if you’re looking for the muscle reset benefit. The citrus scent is a bit strong to me but it’s not bad. Overall I feel like you get the most benefits from this product when using it as a soak. I received this product free in exchange for my honest opinion

Recovery shower gelFirst of all I am happy Influenster sent me citrus scent of this shower gel. It smells beautiful, very fresh and not chemical at all. Little bit goes long way and with this big bottle I'm sure it will last me 2 or even 3 months of twice a day usage. I am testing it only as a body wash since i don't have bathtub.
I'm not sure if it is placebo effect but I kind of feel relaxing recovery effect of this body wash? it's weird to think that product like this can affect muscles but at the end of the day I felt this way.
