We believe that everyone has the right to move, whoever you are and however you move. Because movement has the power to transform lives, and we exist to inspire confidence in everyone to move more.
But not everyone can exercise their right to move. In our increasingly unequal societies, social, economic, and physical barriers stand in the way.

We need to change that. We will challenge the status quo and start acting now to create the world we want to see, inspiring everyone, everywhere with the confidence and access to move more.
As through movement, we can be drivers of change.
Championing All Movers
We will represent movement and people in diverse, equitable and inclusive ways in our advertising. We will celebrate the many ways people move, championing effort over ability and trying over winning to ensure that we inspire the confidence in everyone to move more. We will also continue to provide products that work for everyone, no matter how you move.
We know that change starts from within. So we’re fostering an inclusive culture and taking steps to create a more diverse workforce, one that reflects the people we serve.
Our parent company Unilever has a zero tolerance policy for intolerance and a broad strategy for diversity, equity and inclusion, with three key focus areas:
- Improving the representation of women in management, with a goal of gender balance
- Enabling the inclusion of disabled employees, as well as lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT+) employees
